Companies pay for seats. Members keep their own account and their own data.

• Managers see only what a member chooses to share with them.
• Verification requests go to the manager the member chose, with one question and a link.
• If a member leaves, their Passport, record, Vault and Circle stay with them. The seat is released.
• A hiring add-on lets you find members who chose to be found. It is off unless you buy it.
