Terms of service
These terms are the agreement between you and GrwndWork. They are written to be read.
1. What GrwndWork is
GrwndWork is a career tool for people in revenue roles. It helps you keep a record of your work, a playbook of what works, a network of people who would vouch for you, and a Passport you can share. It is software we run for you. It is not a recruiter, an employer or a source of professional advice.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Give us accurate details and keep your sign-in safe. The account belongs to you, not to any employer. If a company pays for your seat, it never owns your account or your record. If you leave the company, your Passport, record, Vault and Circle stay with you and your seat moves to the Free plan.
3. What you put in
What you write, say or upload is yours. You give us only the right to store it, process it and show it back to you, and to show what you choose to make portable or public to the people you choose. Everything starts private. Entries lock after the review window and can then only be amended, never silently changed. Do not put in anything you have no right to share, such as an employer's confidential data, customer lists, or other people's personal details.
4. The AI assistant
The assistant is an AI built on Claude. It can sort your notes into drafts, suggest openers, coach you and prepare you for meetings. It only proposes: nothing it writes is saved or shared until you approve it, and it never contacts anyone for you. It can be wrong. Check what it produces before you rely on it.
5. Calls and other people
Call capture is off unless you turn it on. Before a call is captured, the other person is told and must agree. If they withdraw, the audio and transcript are erased. You are responsible for following the recording laws where you and the other person are. People you invite to your Circle join by their own choice and can leave at any time.
6. The Floor and community rules
The Floor is where people who do your job share what is working. Be honest, be useful and be kind. Do not post confidential information, harass anyone, spam, or misrepresent your results. Posts and events can be reported and hidden. We can pause or remove access for breaking these rules, and we will tell you why.
7. Verification and endorsements
Managers and peers can verify a result or endorse a skill. You choose what appears on your Passport. Do not claim results you cannot support. A result marked as verified means the named person confirmed it; we do not check it ourselves.
8. Plans and payment
Free, Individual and Corporate plans have different features, listed in the app. Paid plans renew until cancelled and are billed by our payment provider. You can cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the period. If a payment fails we retry for a while before moving you to Free. Nothing you made is deleted when a plan ends.
9. Ending things
You can export your data or delete your account in Settings and privacy. Deletion has a cooling-off period you can cancel. We can suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
10. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the service running and your data safe, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost earnings or a missed job. Nothing here limits rights you cannot lose under the law where you live, or liability that cannot be excluded.
11. Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before it applies and ask you to accept again. If you disagree, you can export your data and close your account.
